WeDort Account Deletion
You can delete your WeDort account and associated personal data at any time.
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the WeDort mobile app:
- Open the WeDort app.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email. Please write to us from the email address linked to your WeDort account with the subject line below — this helps us verify the request and protect your account.

When your request is verified, or when deletion is completed in the app, WeDort will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, including:
• Profile information (name, account email, phone number)
• Saved addresses and contact details
• Mobile device tokens used for push notifications
• Customer app account data and preferences
Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate business obligations. This includes:
• Completed booking and trip records
• Invoices, receipts and payment records
• Tax and accounting records
• Fraud prevention and abuse-detection records
• Records required for legal and regulatory compliance
These records are retained only for the period required by applicable Austrian and EU law (including the Austrian Bundesabgabenordnung and the Unternehmensgesetzbuch).
In-app deletion is processed immediately or as soon as technically possible.
Email deletion requests are processed after verification, usually within 30 days. We will confirm by email once your request has been processed.
